We started Olive + M because we’re passionate about sharing the powerful benefits of plant-based oils. Mother Nature gave us amazing, natural ingredients to heal, feed and protect our skin—that’s why all of our formulas are made from ingredients that have felt the sun and the soil.When you use harsh cleansers or products to dry your skin out, you’re stripping your skin of its natural oils — aka sebum — which is there for a reason, because it’s a protective barrier for our skin. When you take that oil away, your skin starts to overcompensate. Olive oil mimics your skin’s natural sebum, so when you put it on your skin, it recognizes it and is easily absorbed. It’s also packed with skin boosting antioxidants, omegas and vitamins.Each and every one of our ingredients has a purpose when it comes to benefitting your skin. Not only that, but you know exactly what you’re putting on your skin too! No unknown ingredients, crazy hard-to-pronounce synthetic ingredients or toxins. All of our formulas start with a base of olive oil, and combined with other plant based oils and natural ingredients to nourish your skin with only the best Mother Nature has to offer.

As our products are completely natural, once the oils have been exposed to light and oxygen their properties begin to break down. That is why we pack each formula in an eco-friendly box that protects it from UV light. Once a product has been opened it typically has a 12 month shelf life. To optimize shelf life, we recommend keeping your product away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.

We use frosted glass bottles so you can enjoy the vibrancy and color of the oils. If using our product daily, leaving it on your bathroom counter and exposed to light is fine. For less frequent use, we suggest storing your product in a cabinet or away from direct sunlight light to keep your product in tip-top shape.

We strive to source the freshest, highest quality all-natural ingredients for our formulas. For this reason, slight variations in the color of our oils can occasionally occur—and are common when working with all-natural ingredients—but quality remains the same. We formulate our products quarterly to provide our customers with the freshest quality product possible, so it all depends on the season, climate and time of harvest.

This can vary from person to person, but we encourage you to find the right balance when using the oils based on your age, needs and skin type.For drier and more mature skin, we recommend using the oils daily, morning and night. For normal and oily skin, we suggest that you start with using the oils at night, and once your skin has adjusted to the oils, start incorporating into your morning routine as needed. Some people find that they like to use the oils morning and night, while others enjoy using them just once a day or after masks and facial treatments. It’s all about finding the right balance for your skin!

Absolutely! Our Face Oil can even be used as a makeup primer. Just allow 5-10 minutes after applying our products for maximum absorption and benefit before applying your makeup.

Olive + M ships to all 50 US States, and we offer free shipping via USPS on orders over $75. To qualify for free shipping, the minimum must be met before taxes and discounts have been applied to your order.Please note that orders may take up to 2 business days to process, and shipping/delivery time indicates business days. Weekends and federal holidays are not included. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday, or on a weekend, will be processed the following Monday.

Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the product, and must be returned in their original condition, unused and unopened. Please contact us if you have any questions at hello@oliveandm.com 

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, or if you believe your order has been lost, please contact us at hello@oliveandm.com.unfortunately, Olive + M cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items if USPS has scanned the package in as delivered to the address provided in your order. Please be sure that you have provided the correct shipping address, and that it can be delivered to an area that you feel safe with your package being left there. Olive + M is more than happy to arrange signature confirmation upon delivery at an additional price. To request a confirmation signature with your order please email us at hello@oliveandm.com.if you think you have received a product that appears to be damaged or defective, please email us as soon as possible at hello@oliveandm.com. Please report damaged or defective items to us as soon as possible, and we will be happy to send you a replacement for product reported to us within 72 hours of delivery. We encourage customers to provide photos of damaged or defective product.

By using oliveandm.com, you agree that any claim arising out of, or in any way related to, your purchase or use of Olive + M products or these Terms and Conditions, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, at law or in equity, for damages or for any other relief, shall be resolved by final and binding Arbitration administrated by NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation) (“NAM”) in accordance with NAM’s Comprehensive Dispute Resolution Rules and Procedures and the Fee Schedule in effect at the time the claim is filed with NAM. The arbitration shall take place in Texas, unless otherwise agreed by the parties, and Texas law shall apply. The entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision shall be determined by the arbitrator. Any award of the Arbitrator(s) is final and binding, and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.

Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both you and Olive + M agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN.
